If you have an idea of exactly what you would like at your wedding or event, feel free to use our “Pricing” page to see what selection is within your budget. If you’re not sure yet, please view our brochure or email email@example.com and we will advise you on what you might like. Once you have decided, please complete our Wedding Information Form or Event Information Form online so that we can send you a quote. At this stage, all enquiries are processed through our head office in Cape Town.
Our Terms and Conditions will be sent at the same time as the quote, which covers all aspects of how we work, and is designed to protect all parties against miscommunication and misunderstandings. A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of the quote, and to book us for your required date. Please note: this deposit is not refundable, even on cancellation, however, exceptions will be made for weddings cancelled or postponed due to governmental COVID-19 regulations.
Three weeks before your wedding or event, your assigned manager will contact you to confirm final music requirements, times, and other last-minute details. Any music we do not currently have on our setlists (see Music tab) is charged for at an additional price. Please be sure that any additional music you want is included on your invoice two weeks before your wedding, as changes cannot be made after this point.
One week before the wedding or event, final details will be smoothed out. The remaining 50% balance on the invoice, as well as the refundable deposit is also due one week before your wedding/event.
One day before, final confirmation will be relayed, to allow for limited final conversations on the day. You will only be contacted on the day of your wedding/event if there is a serious issue.
